Marilyn Penuela-Ladaga is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialized focus in women’s health. With over a decade of dedicated clinical experience, she is known for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Marilyn earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Barry University in 2011 and has since committed her career to supporting the health and well-being of women across all stages of life. Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of services including health promotion, family planning, contraception counseling, infertility support, breast health, pregnancy planning and prenatal care, gynecological diagnosis and treatment, menopause management, and hormone replacement therapy.

Marilyn is a passionate advocate for patient education and empowerment. She is dedicated to fostering trust and open communication, ensuring that every patient feels heard, informed, and supported in their health journey. Known for her personalized approach, she creates a welcoming environment where patients can actively participate in their care. In addition to her clinical practice, Marilyn also serves as a mentor and educator, continuously striving to improve outcomes through knowledge and compassionate guidance.
My Vision
I always dreamed of opening my own women's health clinic—and that dream has come true. I’ve created a locally based practice that fills a critical gap in accessible women’s healthcare within our community. For too long, many women have had to travel to Miami for specialized services—an obstacle that often leads to delayed or unmet care. My practice is a comprehensive, one-stop healthcare destination offering a wide range of integrated services, including gynecological care, hormone replacement therapy & in the future ultrasound imaging, and pelvic floor therapy.

Looking ahead, I plan to expand our offerings to include aesthetic services that support women’s overall wellness and confidence. By providing these essential and complementary services under one roof, my goal is to improve health outcomes, enhance the patient experience, and promote long-term well-being for the women of the Florida Keys.
